What Parkly costs
Parkly is free for drivers, with no limits. The owner pays a small fee per published listing, once every 12 months. What the space itself costs in the end is for the two of you to agree.

Special offer
Parkly is just getting started, so the first 100 listings are on us. A listing normally costs €24.90; yours is €0 right now and stays live for a full 12 months.
What exactly you pay for
You pay per listing
One listing is one parking space. With two spaces you publish two listings and pay for each separately, so each has its own price and its own duration.
Pause it as often as you like
When you find a driver you pause the listing, so nobody contacts you while the space is taken. When the rental ends you put it back up. Within 12 months you do that at no extra cost.
After 12 months nothing more is charged
The listing simply goes inactive and stops showing. If you want it back you pay another €24.90, and a new year starts.
Frequently asked questions about pricing
Is Parkly really free for drivers?
Completely. Searching, filters and enquiries to owners cost nothing, and there is no limit on how many you send. The driver pays only the rent, and pays it straight to the owner.
I have several spaces. How much does that cost?
You pay per listing, and one listing is one parking space. Two spaces means two listings and €24.90 for each. That way every space has its own price, its own photos and its own duration, so a driver sees exactly what they are taking.
Do I pay anything while a listing is paused?
Nothing at all. The payment is one-off and covers 12 months, and within that year you pause the listing and put it back up as often as you need. Pausing costs nothing and uses nothing up.
If I pause a listing for six months, does my year get extended?
It does not. The year runs from the day you publish and expires 12 months later, however long the listing was paused in between. Even if you actively use it for three days, it expires on the same date.
So publish it even when the space is only free for a short while. A space can be rented for a single day, and over a year that usually adds up to far more opportunities than it first seems.
What happens when a listing expires?
After 12 months the listing goes inactive and stops appearing in search. Nothing is charged automatically. If you want it back, you pay €24.90 and a new year starts.
Can I change the price after publishing?
You can, whenever you like and at no extra cost. If nobody gets in touch, drop the price and see what happens. The same goes for the description, the photos and the durations you offer.
Does Parkly take a cut of the rent?
We take nothing. You agree the price directly with the driver and everything you agree stays with you. Parkly is not part of that agreement and never sees your money.
Why charge for a listing at all?
So the listings are serious. A small fee means people publish spaces they actually intend to rent out, so drivers do not lose time on listings that have sat there for years. It is also what lets Parkly work without taking a commission on the rent.
Can I get an invoice for my Parkly listing?
Yes. It arrives by email as soon as you pay. If you need it made out to a company or a sole trader, enter those details during checkout.
